LET’S TALKThe project commenced by planning an entire overhaul of the base eCommerce platform and choosing Magento, which is a secure, open-source eCommerce platform supported by thousands of developers around the world. In contrast with the existing custom platform, which was supported by a single team, this was a big improvement.

The design team was able to put forward recommendations which improved the customer experience significantly, with conversion-focused UX improvements including better product display, auto delivery recurring orders & fast checkout.
