Identitee specialises in men’s & ladies corporate wear distributed through the extensive network on corporate clothing businesses throughout Australia.

Elegance & simplicity for custom clothing dristribution platform:

The key to this project was developing a structure, aesthetic and communication strategy that actively engages the site’s distributed reseller’s network. Simple page layouts were designed to give prominence to the product details and vibrant imagery was at the core of identitee’s brief.

 

The design aims to drive conversion — supplier orders for their clients — by providing a consistent, clear and intuitive online experience leading into an easy ordering process.

Optimised for the modern audience:

The site’s responsive behaviour can see radical changes between the full-sized and mobile versions of a single page. This deliberate shift in content priority and presentation is to offer users a solid narrative with respect to the available screen space across different devices.

 

Meanwhile, UI elements change to suit what’s best for users, given the medium presenting the optimal experience as users journey through the content for customers and the retailer network.

 

Dynamic and customised business portal was also designed and developed for the retailers to easily place and track orders and have a clear snapshot of their business performance.

eCommerce complexities made simple:

Selling products online requires superior usability and security, especially when operating in a complex distributer and retailer network with dynamic pricing.

 

Under the hood, the site’s simple UI is underpinned by a complex combination of business rules and ecommerce modules. We designed an intuitive experience for retailers allowing them to confidently manage their product offering and offer a customised experience to their clients. Underpinned by lean processes and various third party integrations ie. manufacturing, delivery, etc.
